If you would like to send your packages in the mail, we advise you to use the pre-franked envelopes which get to us the next day 98% of the time, whereas parcels take 48 hours and are more expensive.

Unless otherwise specified, we will always return your packages by post, with a colissimo follow-up, we pay all postage and handling in metropolitan France.

We can supply you with pre-franked postal envelopes with 2 sizes :

1. Small size which enables you to enclose up to 2 orders
2. Large size which enables you to enclose 3 to 4 Labocast order

Pre-franked envelopes from the post office get the same shipping treatment as letters and not parcels.
Thus, it is a faster system and guarantees your orders will be delivered the next morning 98% of the time as to compared to parcel which guarantee delivery the next morning only 70%.
Furthermore, pre-franked envelopes are cheaper than classical parcels.
