REMOVABLE PROSTHESIS
Plate manufacture: :
We pour your impressions upon reception, but in order to give you entire satisfaction and in order to avoid any risk of dimensional variations in your Alginate during transport, we recommend that you:
Pour at least the base of your Alginate impressions.

VERY IMPORTANT : we strongly recommend
1 - Using Xantalgin Crono Alginate from Heraeus Kultzer. Thanks to this product, impressions can be poured up to 5 days after they're made.
2 - Or, before sending your alginate impressions, spray on ALGIRETARD which will conserve their properties for 72 hours. For more information, just ask us.

Make sketches on your plaster model or make a drawing of the plate on our order form.
Moisten and carefully pack your impressions in our boxes to avoid shifting.
Carefully protect your waxes from occlusion
Always send an occlusion record
If possible, avoid using waxes which are easily broken such as MOYCO or Kerr paste which often arrive in poor condition. For removable prostheses, these can be manufactured in several phases. In this case, please use a new order form for each phase.
